Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, transaction history, and account information will be completely removed from our systems. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your DGT Card account
Open the DGT Card App
Launch the DGT Card application on your mobile device
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
You can find the Settings option in your profile menu
Confirm Your Request
Review the deletion details and confirm your decision
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Account Permanently Deleted
Your account and all associated data will be removed
You will receive a confirmation email once completed
What Information Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed
Personal Information
Name, email, phone number, and profile details
Transaction History
All past gift card transactions and payment records
Account Settings
Preferences, notifications, and app configurations
Support Messages
Chat history and support ticket communications
Can't Access the App?
If you're unable to access the DGT Card app, you can still request account deletion by contacting us directly through any of these methods.
